How To Sign Up For TGH MyChart Account
An online account with a MyChart username and password is required in order to use the TGH MyChart features. It only takes a sign-up instruction to set up, access and share your mychart account. Pay attention that there are 2 methods to creating a new account. We have;
1. Sign Up with Activation Code (Non-Expired Code)
2. Sign Up without Activation Code.
1. Sign Up with Activation Code
Follow this step by step guide to create a MyChart account with an active Activation Code.
Step 1: Visit TGH MyChart account sign-up page https://mychart.tgh.org/MyChart/accesscheck.asp to submit your activation code and some basic personal information.
Step 2: Although two-step verification is an optional feature for your TGH MyChart account, it is advised to activate it in order to safeguard the privacy of your account.
Step 3: Enter and select a preferred username and password. This will be required every time you log in. Be sure to keep this information in a safe place.
Step 4: Set up your contact information and notification preferences. This is how TGH through MyChart will connect with you in the future.
Step 5: Accept the TGH MyChart terms and conditions and start using your TGH Health patient account.
2. Sign Up without an Activation Code.
Follow this step by step guide to create a new TGH MyChart account without Activation Code.
Step 1: TGH Sign Up Online. You have to open registration form to sign up online without an activation code at (https://mychart.tgh.org/MyChart/Signup). Copy and open this link in your browser.
Step 2: Enter your Personal Information. You should see a registration form, start by filling your personal information like;
- Your First, Middle and Last Name (Middle Name is not compulsory).
- Full country and house Address.
- Your Date of Birth.
Step 3: Verify your Contact Information. Enter your valid email address and verify your account using the new code you received in your email inbox or spam folder.
Step 4: Choose Your Username and Password. Having completed your contact verification, you have to go back on the registration page with the link sent to your submitted email and enter your preferred Username and Password.
Step 5: Set up your notification preferences and accept all of the Tampa General Hospital (TGH) MyChart terms and conditions upon creating a new account.
