How to Recover a Forgotten Username on TGH MyChart Account

Just incase you fall victim of forgetting your MyChart username, you can retrieve it following this steps;

Step 1: Visit the TGH MyChart Login Page: Go to the TGH MyChart login page at (https://mychart.tgh.org/mychart/Authentication/Login).

Step 2: Click the “Forgot Username?” Link: Find the “Forgot Username?” link underneath the login screen, and click on it. But if you can’t remember your password, you might need to use the “Forgot Password?” link first.

Step 3: Enter Requested Personal Information: You will be prompted to enter some personal information in order to verify your identity. In general, this includes:

  • First and Last Name
  • Zip Code
  • Date of Birth.

Step 4: Submit the Request: Once all the necessary personal information has been entered, click the “Submit” button. Always ensure that your account information is kept secure and avoid sharing sensitive details.

Step 5: Check Your Email: You will receive an email with your username if the data on file and the information you supplied match. Check your inbox (as well as any spam or junk mail bins, if necessary) for an email from TGH MyChart. To ensure you can access your account, please sure you follow any additional instructions in the email.

Step 6: Contact Support: If you still find it difficult using step 1 – 6 to recover your username online, consider contacting TGH MyChart support directly. They can assist you with your account recovery.

Effective January 2, 2024, MyChart is getting an update!. We have worked to improve several parts of the MyChart experience including scheduling appointments directly online without calling in, streamlining refills with your pharmacy and expanded care options. Key changes include using MyChart messaging for non-urgent matters and more.

For New Patient?: Click the “Sign Up Now” button below the patient portal login form. A sign-up screen will display. You can choose between registering using an un-used activation code during your visit to the health office OR register using the email address that you provided to the office.

Here’s how to login and access your TGH MyChart account;

  • Go to the TGH MyChart login page.
  • Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
  • Click Sign In to access your patient health portal.
